Photophobia 01:56
I've turned out the lights and slept alone and wondered how the people who've left me for others are doing, curled up in the comfort of their designated lovers, and I've attempted to be patient. I've been broken and I've stifled my own screams as I've operated on my shattered aching ghost. I've been terrified of haunting myself while hunting for grace in the hallows of the past.
2.
The sunset was a sound, a silent recollection of her voice. Suddenly the silence became an audible fantasy, hushed by the fury of a red sky, the crimson our panic. Our peace, the endless star in which everything was hiding in orange. There was nothing left inside her but the cradle of a newborn sunset, the silent inevitable end of a simplified love. She saw me and she smiled at me so sweetly, so sweetly that the silence became everything we ever shared. Like the lion's cry in the child's eye bellowing with fear, quelled 'cause you were here, muted fury brings comfort to my dreams. After sunset's trill, sunrise keeps you still. Dawn is our domain, quietude sustained, in the lion's cry where courage doesn't die.

Scavengers 02:06
Scavengers seek faith in a putrid sort of desperation, encouraged by the carnage of fetid strength. Once when I was young, I helped a wounded animal and led them straight to me. Hunt me. Blame me. Eat! My blood is your flesh. Yesterday the dragons sighed in feigned apology for piercing me with cloaked remorse. Now, their venom stings me while they watch me falling and they feast upon our rotting trust. Strike me. Rob me. Feast! My flesh is your debt.
4.
Surrender 03:42
Frozen, with no wings, surrendering myself to snow, while stifled screams dance past the glow. As I wander, all the aching tenderness of desert gore bleeds beyond the fading ray. Like a star without its rage, I hide inside this ebony cage Outcast canyons sigh. I never knew that mist could sing while stuck inside here, wandering As I wake up on the lining of a dream surrendering myself, mountains freeze in ecstasy.
5.
Revelations 03:10
Under this austerity, forgive me my tears. Wander into revelations swirling to the comfort and confusion. Justified by ease, I hide in fear of cowardly assumptions. Wander into revelations.
6.
I closed my eyes expecting to see faces. I tried so hard to empty my mind. I closed my eyes. That's what he told me to do to empty my mind. I opened my eyes. The balls of light grew darker, painting flashes of valiance inside my mind. I opened my eyes. Despite my burning hatred, I believed he could contact the sun. Lifting me up into the raging funnel, he gutted the phantoms from paternity. We sat in the dark, attempting this great journey to channel the guardian who broke his back. We were the spirits evading the sun. I tried so hard to empty my mind.
7.
Consequences seething Subtle choices bleeding We press forward teaming Cryptically impeding Disenchanting lullabies won't cradle cynics dreaming. Sober virtue needs no bait, no prize for moral feeling. Circumstantial fury Hatched in nurtured worry Sweetness is alluring To champions enduring Noble soldiers ceding The loss of virtue beating in the clemency of hallowed pasts not worth repeating We press forward choosing whether time is only fleeting.
8.
In the efflorescence of thirsty dreams, castles bloom in shadows, then shadow me. I don't know which scent to follow, but it always follows me. Reminiscence of the future's decree scatters roots in orbit, then always flee. I don't know which sprout to water, but it always harbors me. Time is nurtured by the phantoms of time, whispers streams of starlight and vines. I don't know the vesper's carol, but dawn breaths regardless of mine.
9.
Nurse beauty now, while it laughs out loud, intangible, breaching over clouds. Paint echoes of reveries in love into the sea, depths from far above. Invisible gentle mountains swim while cherishing grace and mystic whims. We kiss the blue boundless, raging waves. They reach to us, willing to be brave. Apprehension rests in your cradled arms, pacified by sleep, breaching echoes.
10.
Resting off the edge of our timidity, hoping we won't be a casualty of faulty indiscretions, watching rivers carry us despite our gravity. Rivers don't care who we are, if we break. They'll drown our fear in their apathy. Can we falter in our struggle with mortality? How can we be scared of our capacity for destruction if we know our capabilities? Do we expect the Universe to intervene? Whether or not we exist in the flow, we'll only know in the dark. Rivers won't beg for our mercy. Instead, we will beg them to care.
